Clearly the answer is that Sasuke needs to be adopted into Snake's family so he can have two older siblings that treat him decently.

Although he will eventually call you out on the "Look out!" Ema and him had a conversation about this once and she got fed up with how the language has so many idioms involving sight that sound like you're being insensitive to Snake when you really aren't.

You know...that would be kind of cool if some family adoption happened.

He'd feel bad if Snake pointed it out, since he didn't really mean to be insensitive, it was just... the first thing that popped into mind to warn him to get out of the way because monsters are awful. Sorry, Snake.
